
	Conditions of ride entry: - Participants will be requested to read the following and then sign in our Official Ride Log Risk Warning: As a participant in this recreational activity, you may be exposing yourself to a risk of harm. Bicycle New South Wales Inc, and the Toukley & District Cycle Club ride organisers and leaders wish to warn you that there are risks and hazards inherent in cycling activities. You are responsible to take care to prevent putting yourself, your fellow participants and/or others in danger. By signing this log, you accept the warning as to risk, you agree to ride in a safe and responsible manner and obey all Australian Road Rules. I understand that participation in rides organised by the Toukley & District Cycle Club involves riding on public roads used by other traffic and am aware of the hazards involved. In my judgement I have sufficient competence and experience to participate in such riding. I hereby release and exempt and indemnify the organisers and all other persons involved in the rides from all actions, proceedings, demands, costs, expenses and claims whatsoever made or taken by any person arising out of my participation in such rides. I understand that the organisers may need to change the route without notice and that children 14 years and under must be accompanied by a cycling adult.
